Who we are

Our committee members are elected at the AGM and meet regularly to plan and organise events, with the much needed help of all parents and teachers.

Our class representatives are elected at the AGM and support the committee members in organising events, promoting events & communicting with parents.

What we fund

PTA funds are spent on the 'extras' that are not provided by the schools budget, thus making our childrens' learning experiences more fulfilling and exciting. Decisions on how to spend the money are agreed at committee meetings based on the school's wish list and suggestions from parents and children.

Recently we have funded: canopy/equipment/storage for the science & garden club, year 6 hoodies, year 5 first ties, wet play games, contributions to class trips, class furniture, class trays, class recycling bins, balance bikes, projector screen for the hall, library areas for infants & juniors, reading corners in each classroom, high visibility jackets for trips and much more...

What we organise

We organise a variety of events including summer fete, christmas fete, discos, mothers day presents, fathers day presents and cake sales.

* donating items for sale, such as good condition books & toys & second hand uniform

* Asking friends/family/contacts if they can help donate time/money/raffle prizes
